Payment

Payment is collected at the time of treatment. You may pay in cash, personal checks, and credit cards.

Insurance

We will gladly check your insurance benefits and let you know if your plan covers acupuncture. We will work directly with your provider for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice (it would be nice if it was more) to cancel or change your appointment time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 60% of the appointment fee.
  • Missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee.

    Late Policy

    Please arrive at your appointment a few minutes early. If you are going to be late, please call, text, or email with an update of your status.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
  • Clients are responsible to pay for appointments that are cancelled due to lateness.

    Coupons & Vouchers

    Appointments made with coupons or vouchers cannot be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

  • The coupon or voucher will be accepted as payment for any cancellation within 24 hours.
  • The coupon or voucher will be accepted as payment for any missed appointment.
